1. The Body Palace Inc. uses only the finest parts and materials obtainable and will be subject to the guarantee of that supplier. We will assist you in handling any claim under the supplier's guarantee. Used or aftermarket parts will not be utilized unless specifically authorized. Any body or paint work covered by this warranty will be re-done at our expense or, at our option, a refund or adjustment of the purchase price will be made for that portion of the work in question.

2. Any failure due to lack of maintenance, additional accident, theft or vandalism damage, unreasonable use or care of vehicle are excluded from this warranty.

3. This document, which is non-transferable, is a complete and exclusive statement between the customer and the repairer, and contains all the representation of the parties. This warranty shall not be varied, supplemented, qualified, or interpreted by any prior course of dealing between the parties or be subject to interpretation by any parties other than the Body Palace , Inc.
